BI for Accpac

BI-Metrix delivers the most in-depth analysis and reporting for Accpac ERP. BI-Metrix integrates directly with Accpac's tables and data allowing business users to rapidly deploy business cubes of their Accpac data, quickly delivering the power of business intelligence with minimal consulting.

BI-Metrix’s BI solution greatly facilitates defining and creating Accpac-aware multidimensional business cubes directly from a Sage Accpac ERP database that can be used for powerful yet simple reporting, analytics and planning within Microsoft Excel.  The user interface for defining the dimensions and cubes is integrated into Accpac - it looks and feels like an additional module for Accpac. With no requirements for cryptic code, macros, long complex Excel formulas or even the need to understand the myriad of Accpac tables and fields business users have access to business information whenever and wherever they need it.

BI-Metrix's "Cube Administrator" integrates with Accpac's ERP desktop like an optional module allowing users to:

• Define dimensions which can be saved, edited, deleted and used with other cubes;
• Modify the default hierarchies or create their own hierarchies;
• Define a cube based on the user pre-defined dimensions, and save, edit or delete it;
• Generate the cube, which could be either a cube file or a Microsoft Analysis Services cube.

The “BI Reporter” feature allows users to jump to Excel into a pre-defined report or go into ad-hoc mode against an Accpac cube for analytics and reporting.
